Want to run your research computations on Amazon’s cloud computing service?

No word as to when the next grant applicatiion deadline is, but it looks like an ongoing program.

Thanks to Brad Aimone, who got about $3000 worth of compute time for his research project, for alerting us to this.

Would be very interesting to use the cloud. Would Amazon.com, Jeff Bezos, be willing to provide support for other attributes to the project(s) that I would like to produce. I am interested, and I do have plans, plans that I would like to put before the Y-Combinator. I’ve lived and worked in Silicon Valley, and these plans are not some kind of joke, and they are capable of making some serious cash. A running mock-up would be vastly better than a business plan if we were to present to Y-Combinator or perhaps Amazon would like to sponsor the project(s).

    Thank you,
